The Training Director
Richard Nathaniel, a most experienced and a highly sought after trainer in Personal Development and Effective Communication, in India. Has served in the industry of training, Human Resource, people management for the past 25 years.
Mr. Nathaniel is the Training Director of the NILT Training Foundation, based in Bangalore. He has also been the Dean of studies of the Royal Academy of Speech and Human Relations for more than two decades. He is an ELT consultant to various Educational Institutions, in India.

Annie has got a vast experience in managing the institution. She has been the Administrator for the language unit “The Royal Academy of Speech & Human Relations” for the past 10 years. Also Teaches Spoken English to the beginners.
